1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Sandali Bellogrado® through the website www.sandalibellogrado.it.
By placing an order, the Customer enters into a distance sales contract governed by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on electronic commerce, and the applicable European legislation.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT
By submitting an order, the Customer fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The contract shall be deemed concluded when Sandali Bellogrado sends the Customer an order confirmation by email.
3. PROOF OF ORDER
- The order confirmation email constitutes legal proof of the conclusion of the contract.
- The electronic records of the website and payment systems constitute evidence of the transactions carried out.
- All orders are subject to verification and acceptance.
4. HANDCRAFTED AND CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
All Sandali Bellogrado products are handcrafted.
Some products are available in their standard catalogue configuration, while others may be customised upon the Customer's specific request.
Customised products include, by way of example but not limited to:
- engraving of names, initials, dates or other custom text;
- products made according to customised measurements provided through the order notes or other communication channels (including, for example, foot width, instep circumference or any other specific measurements);
- colours, leathers, materials or finishes specifically requested by the Customer and not available among the standard catalogue options;
- handcrafted modifications carried out exclusively upon the Customer's request.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
- The selection of the standard shoe size is entirely the Customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error attributable to Sandali Bellogrado.
- Any customisation requests must be complete and accurate before production begins.
6. PAYMENTS
- Payments are processed using the payment methods available during checkout.
- Production may begin immediately after the order has been confirmed.
- Requests to modify or cancel an order will only be considered if production has not yet started.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Estimated production time: 3–4 business days.
- Delivery within Italy: up to 5 business days from shipment.
- International deliveries: delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is governed by the applicable consumer protection legislation and may be exercised only in the cases provided for by law.

In particular, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly customised according to the Customer's specifications.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND LEGAL WARRANTY
Withdrawal requests must be submitted exclusively through the online procedure available on the dedicated Right of Withdrawal page.
These limitations do not affect the Customer's statutory rights under the legal warranty of conformity in the event of defective or non-conforming products.
10. INSPECTION OF GOODS UPON DELIVERY
- The Customer is advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
- If any visible damage is found, the Customer should sign the delivery receipt "subject to inspection" and document the damage with photographs whenever possible.
- Any issues should be reported promptly to Customer Service.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Sandali Bellogrado shall not be liable for errors attributable to the Customer when placing the order.
- Sandali Bellogrado shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
- Sandali Bellogrado shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or force majeure events.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Italian law.
For consumers residing within the European Union, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
