Can I customize my sandals?
Yes. Many Bellogrado models can be customized during the product configuration process or when placing your order. We offer several options to make each pair truly personal while always maintaining the high standards of our handcrafted production.
What customization options are available?
Depending on the chosen model, you may request:
engraving of initials, names, or short messages on the sole;
creation of sandals based on custom measurements provided at the time of purchase (such as foot width or instep circumference);
special requests added in the notes field during checkout;
colors, leathers, or finishes not included among the standard catalog options, whenever available.
Every customization request is carefully reviewed by our workshop before production begins.
Can customized products be returned?
Standard products can be returned within the terms provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
Products made to measure or specifically customized according to the customer's request — such as items with engravings, personalized measurements, or specially requested materials and colors — may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
In any case, customers are always protected by the legal guarantee of conformity if the product has defects or does not match the order specifications.
When is a sandal considered "customized"?
A sandal is considered customized when it is made according to specific customer requests that go beyond the standard purchase options.
Examples of customization include engraving initials or names, creating sandals based on measurements provided by the customer, or requesting colors, leathers, or handcrafted modifications that are not available in our standard catalog.
Can I request a customization that is not available on the website?

Our workshop will carefully evaluate the feasibility of your request and inform you in advance about any additional costs, production times, or limitations.
Can I change or cancel a customization after placing my order?
Requests to modify or cancel a customization can only be accepted if production has not yet started. Once the handcrafted production process has begun, it will no longer be possible to change the requested custom details.
